My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?
Please allow 24-48 hours to see if the package shows up. Some mail carriers will mark it as delivered when it is still in the truck.We are not accountable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after the driver confirms delivery of the package.We advise following the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in person at the time of delivery.You will receive an email or SMS notification when the package has been delivered.
