We take fraud and chargebacks very seriously. Depending on the severity, it will result in serious repercussions ranging from disabling your purchase ability, law enforcement involvement, and legal action.

My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

Please allow 24-48 hours to see if the package shows up. Some mail carriers will mark it as delivered when it is still in the truck.We are not accountable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after the driver confirms delivery of the package.We advise following the provided tracking information on the day of delivery to receive the package in person at the time of delivery.You will receive an email or SMS notification when the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package, please do the following:- Check anywhere at the delivery address where the shipping provider may have hidden the package; - Check with your neighbors to see if they may have received the package; - Check with your local post office or USPS/UPS point to see if they may have the package.If all other fails, immediately submit a missing and lost package claim with USPS or UPS. Military Shipping

We ship to all valid APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your account, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are shipped on the same day. Domestic shipping generally takes about 1 to 3 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days depending on the location.

RETURN POLICY?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must be in the original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s), and in new condition.We require a receipt or proof of purchase and an order number to complete your return.
